| Feature: |
HF MOL Series is two-part reaction ink developed for insert/in-mold forming application using polycarbonate Glass. Treated PET and Urethane sheet. MOL can be produced good adhesion, flexibility and heat resistance ink film application for making a mobile phone key and pad parts etc.
The percentage of Chlorine and Bromine is less than 900ppm, and the total Halogen is below 1500ppm.

| Description： |
Ink type : Two(2)-part reaction polyester ink.
Feature : Smooth flat surface with gloss finish.
Usage : Polycarbonate, Treated PET and Urethane sheet
Diluents : Standard solvent T-926
Slow drying solvent T-980
Wash-up solvent: T-31
Screen mesh :Tetron or Nylon 200~300 are recommended .
Mixing ratio : MOL ink: D-hardener=100:10 by weight
*Pot-life is about 6~8 hours after mixing with hardener
Drying : 80℃x40~50min. is recommended
Others : D-hardener should be used as soon as possible as after mixing with HF MOL ink since it
very sensitive to moisture.
