Ink type: Two-part reaction inks using an isocyanate hardener
Usage: Acrylic, ABS, Treated olefin and painted surface. Excellent weather resistance makes this series very
suitable for outdoor display.
Finish: High gloss with good leveling.
Drying time: Nature or thermal curing.
Sets to touch in 40 minutes at room temperature( 25℃), 20 minutes by thermal curing at 70℃.
Hard dry in 4 days at room temperature ( 25℃), 60 minutes by thermal curing at 70℃
Mixing ratios: Standard color------Main agent( colored inks) :Hardener= 10:1
800, 850 and transparent color---Main agent : Hardener=10:2
Use within the pot life of 6-8 hours, after which mixture will turn to gel or loss its designed physical properties.
Diluents : Standard solvent (T-926), Slow dry solvent( T-980)
Wash up : T-15
Notes : MS8 Series hardener is very sensitive to humidity, so MS8 inks should be used as soon as possible
after opening.
